Proper and generous lubrication is mandatory. You must use a silicone-based dressing aid applied evenly to your skin and the inside of the garment. This prevents tearing, reduces friction (especially with body hair), and makes the experience far more comfortable.
Shaving or trimming body hair is highly recommended, as hair dramatically increases friction and pain. For sweat, use talcum powder inside to absorb moisture and always thoroughly wash the interior immediately after wear.
Hand-wash only with specialized latex cleaner; never machine wash. Store the garment dry, unpolished, and separately in a dark, cool area (e.g., a garment bag) away from light, heat, metal, and other colored latex.
Consult the manufacturer's specific measurement chart and provide your most accurate body measurements (chest, waist, hip, inseam, etc.). The garment should feel tight, but not painful or severely restrictive of circulation or movement, especially around the neck and joints.
