A bodysuit covers the torso, chest, and ends at the crotch or thigh line, offering no coverage for the legs. A catsuit covers the entire body, including the legs. The bodysuit is generally easier to put on due to less material and is ideal for layering with trousers or shorts.
Zippers are typically located in the back (long zipper from neck to lower back) for entry. A shorter front "pee zip" (access zipper) is often included in the crotch or lower abdomen for convenience, allowing the wearer to use the restroom without removing the entire garment.
